Bush's approval ratings dipped low for a couple of reasons - some hated the war, and some hated his out of control spending (myself included). And for the record, Obama is SPENDING EVEN MORE!!!!! Because they sure seem to cite them a lot as their only defense to Obama's craziness. Both President's were wrong to spend so much - that's what you don't understand. It's about principles!
