This is a bit off-topic, but why is it that every possible solution to global warming involves handing over more money to government? I am serious about this question. Anyone?

Oh that’s simple. They are the only ones that can burn through the cash and have nothing to show for it. No results, no pollution, no CO2, just a bunch of hot air, oh wait, that’s the cause of the global warming isn’t it.
Sadly our ‘elected’ village idiots can’t do simple math, well they can but it’s not of benefit to them. The atmosphere is .037% CO2, humans provide .03% of that or….. .00111% . Yep that’s a hell of a serious amount. The entire non-problem could be solved with Nukes.

Yep, thats what I figure. Those geniuses won’t be happy until we’re all gone so they can have their perfect little world. Of course they’ll be missing a few things, like food, clothing, heat, transportation and entertainment but what the heck.
Of course China and India are building coal plants like crazy. But hell why let little details like that get in the way of idealism.
