I spoze Bama meant that we’d export the green technology, like solar panels, if it can ever be produced and used economically (not in our lifetimes). But even there he’s wrong–the magical widgets will probably be made in China. So actually China’s gonna be “the world’s leading exporter of clean energy”.

What’s so infuriating about this is that our energy needs are outstripping our capacity. We need to be building power plants that actually produce power, but instead we’re going to waste years and a trillion or so dollars pursuing green fantasies.

This cracks me up as well, for a different reason- The Senate is actually the branch of government which ratifies treaties. In this particular instance it failed 95-0.

But….since when have liberals ever read the Constitution?
