Still, photos of him working, before running for the senate, don't seem to add much to the debate. Ok. He was a comedian. It isn't the usual path to national political office, but it was still honest employment. We already have enough lawyers in the Congress. Having an entertainer among them doesn't seem to be the worst thing in the world. After all, Ronald Reagan was an actor. Al Franken, as a politician, is a loyal drinker of the Kool Aid poured by the democrats. Let's keep our eyes and ears open for incoherent policy statements and dumb ass legislation.
