Ummm, well, not so much if you only count the President, folks. But for overall cabinet appointments it ain’t looking so good on the diversity front. But what happened to THE MOST diverse cabinet EVAAAA!  Which is less now than how many minorities were represented under Bush. But, Kanye West told me BUSH DON’T LIKE BLACK PEOPLE!!! (all caps and a min. of 3 exclamation points is translation for “Kanye Talk”)

If people thought that by electing a black president that it would bring more representation of minorities in the White House and govt., well I think they bet on the wrong man to do so. AND clearly weren’t paying attention the last eight years with all of Bush’s appointments. Just got done reading an interesting article over at Black and Right.

Let’s break it down, shall we? Obama has appointed to his cabinet two Asian Americans, two African Americans and four women.  Keep in mind too, how many of these are also tax cheats.

Within Bush’s first term, he had 24 appointments and named to his Cabinet five women, four African-Americans, three Hispanics and two Asian-Americans.  And Bush’s appointments for minorities are being evaluated as higher levels than Obama’s.

Gee, sure sounds like those Republicans sure are the ones trying to keep minorities down. Ooooooooooooookay!
