Statisticians developed some incorrect predictions of revenues. Some of those statisticians probably work in the private sector too. Its more an indictment of the limits of statistical analysis than an indictment of the State. "I had been denied that testing" um...the test would not be denied but the State wouldn't pay for it, which you should be happy about.
