The waiting for Rush Limbaugh to speak at CPAC has finally stopped. And the man was incredible as the main voice of the conservatism movement. It’s amazing how logical and articulate Rush is when the media isn’t lampooning him into a outlandish, cartoonish version of an extremist with their supposed “best political analysts” around. No wonder this man has 20 million listeners a week while CNN is lucky to get 7 million with their journalists ratchet con men.

Let me tell you who we conservatives are: We love people. [Applause] When we look out over the United States of America, when we are anywhere, when we see a group of people, such as this or anywhere, we see Americans. We see human beings. We don’t see groups. We don’t see victims. We don’t see people we want to exploit. What we see — what we see is potential. We do not look out across the country and see the average American, the person that makes this country work. We do not see that person with contempt. We don’t think that person doesn’t have what it takes. We believe that person can be the best he or she wants to be if certain things are just removed from their path like onerous taxes, regulations and too much government.

Booooooooooyah, CNN! What up noooow! So much for Rush’s speech being “all about wanting the President to fail.” I’m waiting for the day the FCC can start fining these “journalists” for outright slander and libel.

Perhaps if our mainstream media oh, say, did their jobs for once there wouldn’t be the need for Rush to clear up the fundamental differences between conservatives and liberals.

Ga-ga-ga-giiiiiiiiirl! That’s right, My Real Man of Genius “Stimulus” Czar Joe Biden is back with another gaffetastic moment. As I said to Armitas and Sarah, learning the facts takes up too much time when your trying to close the sale with just smoke and mirrors.

Here’s the latest, in Jindal’s response, to opposing not taking the porkulus money blindly, he cites success with the philosophy of tax cuts as being the result of their state’s increased job creation. But why trust labor reports and top state official who runs the state when you’ve got the Gaffenator nearby. Roll tape.

What a freakin’ joke as a Vice President. And people thought Dan Quayle was bad – at least once in office Quayle actually didn’t go down in IQ points. (Side rant – where’s the media bashing Biden for pronouncing Jindal’s name wrong???? Biden MUST be racist! -snickers)

Yeah, if you’re unemployed and banking on that porkulus to get you a J-O-B, well guess what? The government just wasted 278 million more ways that could have helped you get one. (via Black & Right) Sweetness is myyyyyyyyyyyy weakness!

NASA and climate researchers are weighing their options after yesterday’s crash of a new satellite designed to monitor atmospheric carbon dioxide with unprecedented accuracy. A malfunction during the rocket ride toward space sent the Orbiting Carbon Observatory plummeting into the Indian Ocean near Antarctica…What went wrong with the $278 million mission will be the subject of a lengthy investigation, but Weiler said it appeared that the protective nose cone, known as the fairing, failed to separate from the satellite.

Where’s my Real Man of Genius on this? Wha-Whaaaaaaaaaaat? What happened to “nobody messes with Joe!” for watching what happens to our taxpayer dollars. Don’t worry….the porkulus gives NASA another $400 million to hopefully screw up two more times – AT LEAST. Oh and as to what that money could have done otherwise during “the most serious financial crisis our country has ever faced since the Great Depression,” well, here’s a breakdown. You know, just a few “petty” things like providing jobs, food, and EVEN paying delinquent home owners’ bills…

Don’t get me wrong, I think NASA can serve as a great asset in the development of our world & help to understand more about how human activity doesn’t really affect the environment all that much. But aren’t we in a CRISIS????

So if you’re whining about CEO pay and lavish lifestyles of the “rich,” then how come you’re not tootin’ the horn about $278 MILLION buckaroos just chillin’ with the fishes. Especially if it would mean you could get your Social Security taxes back for one full year. My SS tax (on my end, not counting my employer’s) was $4,000.

Could you find a way to spend more with an extra $4k??? Exactly.

Gee, I’m sure glad it’s not Palin but this guy that’s a heartbeat away from the presidency. Can’t even remember how to direct his own citizens.
